Our store is hosted on WIX Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

 

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be fraudulent.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Customer Support Terms & Conditions

Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. We also accept by now pay later options Klarna and Sezzle.  As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. If using Klarna or Sezzle you will be directed to those sites to complete processing of the order. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason. We only offer exchanges and store credits. Please see the exchange and store credit policy.

Order Processing

Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. All orders processed within 3 - 7 business days not including holidays and weekends, Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once orders have been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please allow a time frame of  1 -3 business days for orders to arrive. We use USPS and UPS as our carrier. During the time of high volume orders please allow 3 -10 business days to receive your order. In the event that there is an unforeseen event that causes extreme delays we will contact you via email with an update. 

 

Product Availability

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately via email to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

 

Return & Shipping Policy

At Ultra Violet Luxury Virgin Hair we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

​Due to the nature of our products we Do Not Accept Any Returns all sales are FINAL. Once an order is processed, it can not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to review their order details before processing their order. Any order placed with Ultra Violet Luxury Virgin Hair is eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. 

 

  • The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the return.

  • In the return package please include all item(s) for return and your original invoice.

  • Merchandise must be in original condition.

  • We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or otherwise processed) in any way.

  • Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.

  • Bundle Deals cannot be separated into individual units to be returned.


 

Exchanges

If a customer would like to exchange an order for a store credit we will gladly issue a store credit within 14 days of delivery date. If a customer would like to exchange for another item(s). We must receive the original order within 14 days of the delivery date, and a new order will need to be placed with a store credit voucher. The hair extensions must be in their original state and packaging. The hair must not be altered by any means. Closures, frontals and wigs must not have any cuts, glue or adhesives on the lace. 

 

How to start a return for a store credit?

To start a return for a store credit please contact us at support@ultravioletvirginhair.com with your Order # Return For Store Credit  in the subject line and a detailed description of the reason for the return, and the item(s) being returned. We will respond via email with return instructions. Once we receive the item(s) we will inspect and issue a store credit via email. If we find that your item(s) are not in the original state we will not be able to issue a store credit and the item(s) will be shipped back to the customer. Customers will be responsible for shipping labels. Customer service will email in regards to this matter if this occurs. 

Please allow up to 5 business days once your order has been received in order for a store credit to be issued. We can not receive online order exchanges at our retail location. Orders returned without email confirmation will not be accepted.

Once your item(s) have been received at our warehouse it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will issue a store credit via email on file. 

 

Shipping Delays

For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner USPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us at support@ultravioletvirginhair.com

 

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee USPS charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s)

If you believe that part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact Client Care immediately at support@ultravioletvirginhair.com. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Lost Shipments:

If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed for and received your item(s). If you still cannot locate it, please contact Client Care immediately at 

supprt@ ultravioletvirginhair.com. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for your purchase.

Damaged Shipments

If your package has been delivered and your package has been damaged which resulted in lost of product(s), please keep all original packaging and contact USPS immediately to file a claim. 

International Shipments

All international customers are required to submit a signed credit card authorization form complete with supporting documents. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information.

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
